1. Agreement to Terms

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices stated across our store are in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) and include United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed transparently prior to checkout completion.

3. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, you will receive an automated order receipt email. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us takes place upon dispatch of the products from our facility, at which point tracking details will be supplied.

Every effort is made to accurately portray fixture dimensions, materials, and color temperatures. All fixtures comply with British and European electrical safety standards. Please read all product specifications and manufacturer guidance before installation.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
